What is the Tictail section on the site?
Under our list of ‘BRANDS’ you"ll find ‘Tictail Store’. This is a selection of designer items that are in no relation at all, to all of our other items and brands in the store.
We are no official retailer of Chanel, Anine Bing, ...
These are items that are brandnew, or worn once (so in perfect, ‘like new’ condition) As these items are not being worn or used by me, I decided to create a Tictail store, to look for new happy owners for these items.

What if I don’t like the item I purchased?
It is perfectly possible you don’t really like the item you have bought once it is delivered.
You have the right to return an item back to us.
All you have to do is inform Sugar For Your Closet that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without owing any penalty and without stating reasons, within 14 days from the day following delivery of the product.
Customers who wish to avail of the right of withdrawal must contact Sugar For Your Closet within 14 days of the delivery and must return the goods at their expense to the address stated in article 1 within 14 days of their delivery.
Only articles that are in their original and undamaged packaging accompanied by all accessories, directions for use and the invoice or purchase receipt will be taken back.
Under no circumstances will the following articles be taken back: articles that are dirty, incomplete, damaged or have clearly been used, articles of which the packaging (or part thereof) has been opened, articles made-to-measure for the customer, articles at final sale price and articles of such a nature that they cannot be sent back.
What if my Country is not on the list of countries SFYC ships to?
AT SFYC we are still improving everyday and it can happen we missed out on a destination. If you can’t find your country on the list of shipping destinations, simply write us an email and we’ll adjust it for you.
We do apologise in advance if yours is not on the list yet.
What if a product is out of stock?
If you like an item that is marked ‘out of stock’ do not hesitate to contact us. We might be able to do a re-order of certain items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking code/tracking link of your order so you can follow your shipment.
Also, if you log in to our site, you will be immediately redirected to a summary of your purchases. Once your package is shipped, you will find there your unique transport code.
You can fill in the code in bpost.be or at fedex.com to know exactly where your package is located.
How are the goods shipped
At Sugar For Your Closet we offer you two options.
Belgian post service (BPost) or Fedex.
For all customers outside Belgium,please keep in mind that if you select BPost registered mail your shipment may take up to 5 working days for it to arrive. All shipments have a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
Fedex Priority mostly takes 1 to 2 working days.
How can I pay for my purchases

Articles are shipped upon receipt of payment.
